Quality Improvement Through Accreditation*
This workshop provides the basic concept and steps for agency accreditation. The three-day class focuses on quality improvement and explains the six building blocks of accreditation: community risk assessment, goals and objectives, standards of cover, benchmark and baseline standards, strategic planning, and self-assessment.
This webinar consists of two live lectures, quick poll questions, homework, and a final exam. Led by an experienced assessor, this course provides the foundations of peer assessment. It familiarizes students with the logistics of a site visit and the expectations of peer assessors when they are assigned to a team.
