I need to make hotel reservations. Where can I find the link to the CPSE room block?

Once you complete your conference registration, the link to the CPSE room block will be provided. Should you misplace or delete the confirmation email, please contact university@cpse.org.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the Excellence Conference is business casual. Friday we’re going casual. Show support for your favorite sports team by wearing their colors. We suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket with you during the day as the convention center rooms can get quite chilly.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by 5:00 pm EST, Friday, February 27, 2026. A refund of all fees, minus a $75.00 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Because CPSE has to guarantee numbers to the Caribe, NO refunds will be granted after Friday, February 27, 2026. Submit all requests via email to university@cpse.org. Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.

What is the substitution policy?

A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to university@cpse.org. No substitutions are permitted on-site.

Where can I find information on the education sessions?

We will publish education session information on the Sessions web page as it becomes available. The final schedule will be published in the conference app.

Will internet be available during the conference?

Complimentary wi-fi access will be available at the Caribe Royale Convention Center.

What meals will be provided?

All attendees are on their own for breakfast and dinner.

Lunch is provided for all conference attendees Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Location and times of lunch will be available through the mobile app.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

At the conclusion of the conference, you will receive an email with a link to complete a survey to provide feedback on your experience. Once you complete the survey, CPSE will email your 2026 Excellence Conference Certificate of Attendance.
