Take advantage of the extended networking opportunities by staying at the conference host hotel.
Registration to attend the Excellence Conference must be completed prior to booking a hotel room.
Once your registration is finalized you will receive a link giving you access to make hotel reservations in the CPSE block.
The Caribe Royale is an all-suites, newly renovated hotel. All rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional adults are $15.00 each per night.
- Queen Double – $249.00 per night plus taxes and fees (first available King Bed or two Queen Beds)
- Pool View Caribe Queen – $264 per night plus taxes and fees
- Royale Pool View Caribe King – $289 per night plus taxes and fees
Reservations cancelled within five (5) days of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax, including no-shows.
Above rates are available through February 2, 2024, or until room block is full, whichever occurs first.
The Caribe Royale has extended the group room rate for three days prior to and three days after the conference dates, based upon room availability.
Air Travel
Orlando International Airport (MCO)
The Orlando International Airport is 18 miles away from the conference hotel.
Ground Transportation
Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available throughout Orlando for transportation to and from the hotel and surrounding areas.
Shuttle van service through Mears Transportation Group is available from/to the airport and hotel.
