Jessica Handoko is a Senior Data Analyst with the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department in Virginia, where she has served since April 2022 as part of the department’s Data Analytics Strategy Management Division (DASM). Prior to joining Fairfax, she worked for the City of Frederick’s Department of Housing and Human Services and Montgomery County Police Department.

Ms. Handoko is actively engaged in professional and volunteer service. She is a member of Fairfax County Young Professionals (YoPro), serving as Co-Marketing Chair, and volunteers with the Gaithersburg-Washington Grove Volunteer Fire Department in Montgomery County, Maryland, as Junior Fire Brigade Coordinator and Social Media Chair. She is also an active member of the Association of Fire and Emergency Services Analysts (AFESA).

She earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Biology from Towson University in 2020, where she was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity.

In May 2025, Ms. Handoko earned the Fire and Emergency Services Analyst (FESA) designation.
