Candidate Mentoring Process

MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICATION ELIGIBIITY REQUIRMENTS BEFORE A MENTOR CAN BE ASSIGNED.

 

  • Request a Mentor
    • Submit your request and get matched with an Alpha-level mentor within one week.
  • Initial Consultation
    • Meet your mentor to discuss career goals, expectations, and the credentialing process.
  • Goal Setting
    • Develop a personalized action plan with clear milestones.
  • Ongoing Support
    • Regular check-ins (every 1–3 weeks) to review progress and provide guidance.
  • Application Development
    • Receive feedback and assistance in preparing your credentialing application.
  • Final Review
    • Your mentor will conduct a thorough review of the areas assisted in before submission.
  • Post-Submission Support
    • Prepare for interviews and next steps with continued mentor support.
