On March 1, 2024, the Center for Public Safety Excellence® (CPSE) took a significant leap forward in its commitment to serving professionals in the field with the launch of a new online application process for the Commission on Professional Credentialing® (CPC). This transformative move to Cloud Generation marks a pivotal moment in streamlining and enhancing the credentialing experience for our valued designees and those pursuing designation.
CPC Chair Toni Washington, CFO, emphasized that “The integration of Cloud Generation technology into our credentialing application process signifies more than just modernization. It embodies CPC’s commitment to revolutionizing your application journey, ensuring it is smoother and more efficient. This dedication to excellence extends not only to the quality of our services but also to the innovative methods through which we deliver them.”
Over the years, we have heard concerns about the usability of the application form through customer service surveys. Following review of various software solutions, we are excited to have found a partner in Cloud Generation that is equally committed to excellence in service. With a focus on continuous improvement, we are utilizing technology to enhance the CPC application process.
Here are the key features of our new Cloud Generation platform:

We understand that some may have begun completing the Word-fillable form. We are happy to accept those forms through April 30, 2024. On May 1, 2024, CPC will exclusively accept applications (both new and renewal) via the Cloud Generation platform.
